Welcome, to my “much awaited on” updated website “Rainbow Daylilies”
On this day 20 years ago, on the 5-5-2005, I launched my online business “Rainbow Daylilies” and today 5-5-25, I am launching my updated website, that has been in the making this past year.
Over the past couple of years we had pretty much closed down, in taking orders due to a few factors:
1 - Our past website hosts no longer hosted websites, plus my website was outdated and incompatible with hosts of today, so had to be updated.
2 - I have been busy concentrating on my “Bee Naturally Beautiful” beeswax balms beauty and skin care products.
3 - We also had to deal with some big, summertim,e hungry, buck roos that would eat all my daylilies to the ground, they then acquired a liking to my poisonous hippeastrums! The problem was worsening so, we put a stop to that by building a roo proof fence around the whole garden.
It is such a delight to see all my beautiful daylilies in bloom once again. I actually had forgotten how beautiful they all are.
During 2025, I will be adding some new plants to my site, these consist of Daylilies, Bearded Irises & Epiphyllums.

ORDERS of PLANTS
I stop taking orders through the months of December to 1st May, these months are busy with markets and balms and not the right season to be processing orders as it is too stressful on plants to be dug in the hot, dry summer months.
Orders for Epiphyllums will start from 1st April and end 1st September, just before they start to bloom.
Orders for Bearded Irises will start next year, although I may open to do a few orders later this year, see how I go?
Louisiana Irises I might open up for a couple of months in winter, again this depends on how busy I get with the epiphyllum orders and other factors.
Orders for Daylilies will start from next year 2026, on the 1st May through to 1st October. This year, I will aim to make them available around July through to 1st October.,
I post to all states, excluding NT and Tasmania.
All orders are sent by EXPRESS post with tracking. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 3 WEEKS, BEFORE RECIEVING YOUR ORDER, AFTER ORDER IS PLACED.
As I live a busy lifestyle and now in my 60’s as well as running 2 businesses, I will only be doing one dig per week or fortnight, as I do all the digging and processing on my own. You will still receive beautiful, healthy, fresh plants or cuttings, as I post the day after they have been dug/cut.
Unfortunately, Express post now can take up to a few days on receiving your package, especially if you live in a regional area, as we do.
